DIRECTIONS

We are going to cook Chicken Copycat Recipe. This is easy yo prepare and it is very delicious. It serves as a perfect dish for lunch or dinner.

Firstly, place chicken into large bowl of salted water and allow to soak for approximately 30 minutes. Secondly, beat egg and mix with milk in a bowl.

Thirdly ,add and mix flour, accent, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. After that, preheat deep fryer to 350F, or place 3/4 inch oil in a skillet set on medium.

Next, remove and dry chicken using paper towels. Then, place in flour mixture, place in milk/eggs mixture, and then back into flour mixture. After that, do this one piece at a time making sure that each piece is covered completely during each step.

Then, uses pressure cookers to fry chicken, which I don't recommend you do at home. After that, cook a few pieces at a time for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

Then, make sure you check the middle of the largest chicken piece cooked to check for doneness. (No pink). Finally, allow chicken pieces drain on paper towels.

After finished it, you can serve my special as much as I do.
